There is a Sunspot
You haven’t read it incorrectly, yes there is a nice sunspot group on the sun. We had a zoom observing session on Friday 6th November using Lilian’s 80mm Sky Watcher ED80 refractor, a ZWO camera and an Altair Astro Herschel Wedge
